Our HOLIDAY-APARTMENTS, in wich you will live heartening holidays in pleasant pease, offer all comfort, have in each case their own entrance and carry the names of larges tuscan artists.

BOCCACIO (apartm. for 2 - 5 pers.) is the most imagnificent apartment in our estate. It consists of a large kitchen with an old, tuscan fireplace, a living room, a fireplace - room, two twin-bedded rooms, one single room and three baths. In front of the bedrooms is a big terrace with a own shower. From the terrace you have an unforgettable view in the wonderful landscape. The terrace is only for this apartment. MICHELANGELO (suite for 2 pers.) is a suite, which consists of a living room with a place for dining and a fireplace, a twin-bedded room and bath. As open space the garden is available. (Rifrigerator, dishes set and coffee machine are present.) (area 45 sm, electric-heating) Price incl. of laundry and breakfast!

PALLADIO ( studio for 2 pers.) offers aspacious living-domitory-room with a rare terracotta fireplace, a kitchen with dining corner, a bath and a small balcony, from which you have a fantastic panorama. (area 40 sm, ww-central-heating)

RAFFAEL (apartm. for 2 - 4 pers.), the former "Belvedere" of SAN LEONARDO with the paintings about the doors, has a kitchen-living-room with a fireplace and a small balcony from wich you overlook the whole valley of Pesa. Two, from the living room attainable twin bedded -rooms, in each case with cupboard space and bath follow. (area 64sm, ww-central-heating)

PUCCINI ( room for 2 pers.)  is a twin-bedded room and a bath equipped comfortably with armchair and dining table. It offers aunique view in the valley of Pesa. (WF 24sm, ww-central-heating) Prices incl. of laundry and breakfast!

VASARI (studio 2 Pers.) with its magnificent race terrace lies in the groundfloor. Under the caps curved cover is today a wonderful linving bedroom with dining corner and kitchen area. Apassable cupboard space and abath make this beautiful studio complete.  (area 33 sm, ww-central-heating)

In our holiday apartments usually old beatiful furniture are collected during a lot of years specially for the existing rooms, carefully restored. Together with the traditional construction units from terracotta andsubstantial cypresses or chestnut wood, often old assessories and the many pictures they creat a ambiance, which is at the same moment stationary rural, fastidious and benefitful for the senses. Functional news baths and kitchen dare for the modern domfort. All apatments are with an integrated kitchen (with refrigerator, rinse, 2 electric-hotplates (BOCCACIO: in addition 4 flames cookers with baking-ovoen), complete pot-, table-ware- and cutlery set, coffee-machine), single beds 0,80 x 1,90 m), desserts, wardrobe, blankets and cushions in enough number fitted out. Our community room with SAT-TV is available to all guests to the celebration and communicating.

The apartments, the farmhouse and the arranged exterior installations were prepared out of much consideration for the original, historical situation and the localtypical conditions. Among other things parapet for your understanding that we can accept only persons from 14 years for liability-legal reasons.

Moreover, we point out it to you, that we wouldn`t like to except the stress our two cats, Leni and Felix, with strange domestic-animals.
